Claudiu Vaduva
Claud has been teaching Hatha Yoga and giving discourses on spiritual topics since 2007, worldwide. In 2009 he led his first Hridaya retreat in Ladakh, India. In 2011 he joined Sahajanada’s mission to open the Hridaya Yoga school in Mexico, spreading the teachings of the Spiritual Heart.
His approach to teaching is practical and draws upon the innate common sensical wisdom which he sees existing in all human beings. He sees the spiritual teachings being expressed equally and universally through all genuine spiritual paths. He considers that when a human being is living a life offered to spiritual endeavor that life enters in service to all humanity.
