I grant to Shambalanté brand of Agoralucis S.A. the absolute right and permission to use photographs and/or videos that include my image, (hereinafter, the “Content”) in any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) that may include (among others), campaigns, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging of any product or service and that are distributed in the country or abroad by any means, whether printed, electronic or otherwise.

Likewise, I express that this authorization is voluntary and totally free, therefore, Shambalanté is free to use, reproduce, transmit, retransmit, show publicly, create other works derived from my image in the promotional campaigns carried out by any means, as well as the fixation of the mentioned image in projections, videos, graphics, texts, films and all the supplementary material of the promotions and campaigns, establishing that it will be used only and exclusively for the indicated purposes. In this sense, I authorize the use of my name and any commentary I may have made while the video was being recorded and that such commentary be edited for the aforementioned purposes.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the video or photographic sequences, and I further acknowledge that I am aware that this data may be edited, copied, exhibited, published and/or distributed, and I waive any rights, royalties or other compensation resulting from or related to the use of this data.

I understand that the Content will not be sold to a third party.

I release Shambalanté, the photographer, its offices, employees, agents and designees from any and all liability for any infringement of any personal or proprietary rights I may have in connection with such use.

I agree that all rights to the Content belong to Shambalanté.

I hereby declare and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to execute this statement.
