8. Refund Policy
Shambalanté refunds for cancellation or non-attendance to contracted Insignia programs, if you communicate us your cancellation or non-attendance within this time:
- 90 days or previous: 50% of the total value of the program.
- 90 days to 30 days: 10% of the total value of the program.
- 30 days or more: no refund.

If you do not send the requested information, Shambalanté will assume the total loss of your investment.
